Shutter Style determines whether a shutter is louvered, paneled, a mix of louvers and panels, or Board and Batten.
On Louvered/Paneled/Mixed shutters, it also determines midrail count and section percentages.

For single shutters, this is the width the shutter will be built to.
For pairs, the pair together will cover this width, including any adjustments for rabbetting if applicable.

Most shutters have No Outer Stile Details. Stiles are left square edged, with no beading or rabetting applied.
Outer Stile Beading Adds on a beading detail to the shutters that runs the length of the stile. It is a purely decorative extra touch.
When Overlap Rabetting is added, shutter stiles are given a profile which comes together in an overlap, preventing light bleed through when the shutters are closed.
Beaded Overlap Rabetting combines the overlap rabetting with a beading detail.

Standard Board and Batten Shutters have flat tops.

Shutters with No Copper Capping will still hold up well, especially in dryer climates.
